de-Sac, professionally landscaped, and beautifully furnished to give you all the comforts of
home. The spacious Great Room provides a place to relax with a recliner, sofa with reclining
ends and hidden center table, and cozy rocker/recliner love seat. Watch TV with DVD/VCR
player, use your laptop computer with high speed internet, listen to music with CD Master bedroom has KING bed, TV, walk in closet, and bath with a double vanity and tiled shower stall with bench.player/stereo, or curl up with a good book!
Guest bedroom has queen bed, walk in closet, TV, and adjacent full bath. Informal den-
part of Great Room, has a computer desk and sofa with queen sleeper. All linens and towels provided. Laundry room includes washer and dryer. Enjoy grilling out on the new barbeque.
Enjoy an attractive, open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and
serve meals, right down to spices, coffee pot, and crock pot.
The dining area provides you with a breathtaking view of the CANE GARDEN (Allamanda nine)
Golf Course. The expanded screened lanai with an additional bird cage also provides not only
a golf course view, but also a view of the 104 acre nature preserve. There are 3 entries to the
lanai- kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Our home faces south, which is the ideal exposure.

FOUR SEAT Golf Cart is INCLUDED in Monthly Rent ( GREAT value - $963 for a monthly rental
of a four seat golf car with enclosure, if rented downtown).
You couldn't ask for a better location! Our home is nestled in a scenic neighborhood that
features a world of golf and recreation that's a stone's throw away from all the action around
Market Square at Sumter Landing (5 minutes away). There is an adult pool (1 block away) at
the Sunset Pointe neighborhood recreation center, and a family pool and tennis courts at the
Hibiscus Village recreation center, The Heron and the Pelican executive nine hole golf courses
are right around the corner, and we are just a few blocks from the Cane Garden Country Club
where you can play 18 holes of beautiful and challenging championship golf. The restaurants
at the country clubs provide a nearby place to enjoy an excellent meal.
No smoking/pets. Rent monthly, or weekly. Utilities include gas, electric, local
telephone and nationwide. and Canada long distance service, cable TV. high speed wireless
INTERNET, trash removal, lawn care, garage door opener, and gate pass.
There are now 36 executive courses that you can play and 12 championship courses, at
reduced rates with your temp resident ID pass ($50 optional), within a short golf cart ride.
Rental Policy: $800 Deposit due within 2 days of booking. $110 Cleaning fee. $50 Optional

We had everything we needed and more. Tom was so quick to respond to every inquiry we made to him. This is definitely a house we would rent again in an instant.
