Included = Yamaha gas golf cart with roadside service, all utilities: Electrical, gas, water, amenity fees, TV with HD channels and Netflix, Internet wireless, BBQ, curbside trash, pest control, lawn and tree service and all real estate taxes, repairs as needed.

We provide the initial supply of household consumables, i.e. dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, liquid hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels, soap for each bathroom and garbage/recycle bags, batteries, flashlight, water filters,etc. A very very clean property, 3-4 star equivalent.

Check-in is after 4:00p.m., 1st day of month.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. last day of the month.
NO SMOKING in the home or in the Lanai.
Keeping things clean and healthy.
Sorry No pets. But we love 'em.

Villages "Temporary Resident ID" (up to 2 adults) is your $50 pass (optional)
and enjoy all “resident privileges,” which include playing golf at any of
the 30 Villages Executive, 9 hole courses for free.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55+.
