A beautiful Gardenia designer home located in the Village of Hemingway with an extended lanai overlooking the 2nd tee box of Kenya championship golf course. It is a short golf cart ride to Hemingway adult, family and sports pools. Our home is conveniently located near Havana Country Club, Truman Recreation Center, Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center, SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center, Colony Plaza shopping center and Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood town squares

The house is beautifully decorated, with crown molding throughout house and recently painted, and has an open floor plan looking into the living and dining rooms. The sliders open extra wide which creates an open floor plan and lets in the beautiful weather. The extended lanai has sliding glass floor to ceiling windows.

Kitchen is very large and fully equipped with refrigerator w/ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, silverware, cookware, bake ware, small appliances (coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, blender, mixer, crock pots) and linens. Large bar with four bar stools. Breakfast area table seats four.

Living room has sofa, love seat, leather rocker/recliner, entertainment center with 55" cable TV and DVD/VCR.

Dining room has a large table that seats six and side board server.

Master suite has king size bed with cable TV, ceiling fan, two large walk-in closets, bathroom with Roman walk-in shower, double vanity and linen closet. All linens are included and hair dryer. Sliding glass door opens into the lanai from the master bedroom.

Guest bedrooms have queen size beds, large closets and ceiling fans. The 2nd quest bedroom also has desk with wireless internet access. Full bathroom is located between the bedrooms. All linens and hair dryer are provided. Guest bedrooms located on opposite side of house from master bedroom and can be closed off from rest of house for complete privacy.

Laundry room includes custom cabinetry with washer/dryer and laundry tub off of kitchen.

Lanai is extended and has new tiled floor and custom floor to ceiling sliding windows. The lanai is furnished with new table and six chairs, sectional, swirler/rocker chair, and sofa tables.

Gas grill provided.

Two-car garage + golf cart garage.

Rental includes 2 seat gas golf cart

Upgraded cable TV package and wireless high speed internet service provided.

To allow time for maid service, check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.

Shuttle service is available daily to/from Orlando International Airport and Sanford Orlando Airport; reasonable rates.

No smoking and no pets allowed

Monthly rental rates listed are based on double occupancy – 2 adults. Please contact owner for additional adults.

* $1,000 Security Deposit will be returned within 14 days after end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. minus the $125 cleaning fee. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished).
* Cancellation Fees are refundable with replacement tenant
* $50 Optional Fee for The Villages ID card entitles you to all the amenities The Villages has to offer including golf, pools, tennis, pickleball, etc. and all recreation activities listed in the entertainment section of The Daily Sun newspaper.
