As you enter this home, the openness of the house to the fully furnished kitchen and lanai. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all items needed to prepare your favorite meal! The breakfast nook in the kitchen has seating for eight and overlooks the serene lanai or use the breakfast bar for a quick cup of coffee while reading the morning newspaper.

The living room has a 55" flat screen LED TV, double sofas and accent chairs so you can relax after a long day of golf or dancing at the town square.

The spacious lanai faces North so that you can enjoy the evening cooking on the large gas grill without the glare of the sun, eating on the dining set or relaxing in the lounge area.

There is Wifi internet so you can be on the lanai or in the bedroom and be comfortable while using your laptop or other electronic device.

The master bedroom has a king size bed , a 46" LED TV, large walk-in closet, a bath with double vanity sinks and a "Roman" walk-in shower. The guest sIuite has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and the office has "Long" twin beds and desk. The second bedroom and third bedrooms can be closed off with a pocket door for privacy when you have guests!

All linens and towels are provided. There is an inside laundry room with a new energy efficient washer and dryer and storage cabinets and extra storage area.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, wifi internet, trash, and lawn service included.
Additionally, rates are based on a check-in date of the first of the month (4 PM) and a check-out date of the last day of the month (10 AM).

**Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent.

Rental Policy:
50% of total rent (non-refundable unless able to find replacement ) amount due within 7 days of booking.
$1000 security deposit & remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy.
$150 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay.
$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility. May be deducted from security deposit upon request.
