We are within walking distance to Lynnhaven, Belvedere, Churchill Street, Pimlico and Ashland pools. Our location south of 466 is close to shopping and banking. Lynnhaven is close to it all!

All the pictures you see are of the patio villa we call home. Our home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and appropriate emergency lighting.

Villa Amore is professionally cleaned, sanitized and maintained. Our property is registered in compliance with the Florida Department of Revenue.

This is your opportunity to experience all our community has to offer. We are an active Senior Community for residents 55+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.

No smoking and no pets. No exceptions.

The rates are for TWO adults. There is an additional charge of $50 per person per week per guest. Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Guests are FREE with multi-month rentals.

You must purchase a temporary Villages resident ID for $50. Villages ID is included in multi-month specials.

All Florida taxes, utilities, property insurance, trash, lawn service, pest control, amenity fee, water, WIFI, landline phone, upgraded cable TV with DVR service and voice remote, all utilities are included in your rental amount. A 2-seater Yamaha gas golf cart with added safety lights and roadside assistance is included in the rental price. A 4-seater can be provided for an additional fee. Inquire for further details and pricing.

A $700 security deposit and 25% of the rent is due within 14 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus a $125 mandatory cleaning fee and a $50 Villages ID fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. (Multi-month rentals include the Villages ID at no charge to the renter)

Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $300 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payment unless we are able to secure another renter under the same terms. Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus a $125 mandatory cleaning fee and a $50 Villages ID fee (optional) will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
