Balance of total rent and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after you vacate the premises without damage.
Check-in time is 3 pm on the first day of the lease. Check-out time is 10 am on the last day of the lease.
Sub-letting of this home is not allowed.

$50 (optional) temporary resident card for amenity privileges. Allows use of pools recreation areas and gold on 29 executive courses for free and 9 championship courses at reduced rates.
