LONG TERM RENTAL


$1,400/month on a one year lease

All taxes, amenities, trash collection, water and sewer charges, pest control and landscaping included.
Owner will also include the temporary Villages ID on a one year lease.

Renter pays for electricity, cable, telephone, internet including WIFI as well as renter's insurance (mandatory).

$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. First and last months rent and $100 cleaning/setup charge due at signing. Security deposit, first and last months rent and cleaning/setup fee payable by cashiers check, drawn on US bank.


The security deposit will be refunded, within 21 days of the end of occupancy, provided that there has been no damage to the premises, and that nothing is missing.


Rent for six month lease to be discussed, depending on months selected.



Rates are for two adults. Each additional guest is $50 per week
Guests must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Total occupancy cannot exceed 4 persons.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
