Property Information
The living room is tastefully decorated with a couch, loveseat, and chair. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a full walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the bath. A queen size bed is in the 2nd bedroom along with a large closet for your clothes. The dining table seats 6 people.

Our house has all the things you need to move right in including the following items: three TV's, washer and dryer, lanai furniture, kitchen supplies like pots, pans, utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster oven, sheets and towels. Along with the TV in the living room is a DVD player where you can subscribe to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming media sites. Electric barbecue is on the patio.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances.

If unfurnished is preferred, we are willing to put all furnishings in storage.

Available beginning April 1, 2018- Rented
Rates: $1850/month with a 12 month lease.
Security Deposit is one month’s rent.

Tenant is responsible for electric, inside water and sewer usage, cable, internet, and phone.
Owner will pay for irrigation, amenity fee, sanitation fee, and all taxes.

First month’s rent and security deposit due with signed lease within 7 days of booking. The second months rent is due 45 days before the lease begins. A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

Small dogs allowed upon consideration and agreement to pay additional cleaning of rugs and/or furniture.
Temporary Resident IDs are available for 2 people for $50.
