The master suite is an oasis after a long day of fun, hosting a king size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 55” LED TV, DVD player, walk-in closet, a bath with double vanity sinks and a "Roman" walk-in shower.
The guest suite has 2 bedrooms: one with a bay window at the front of the house with a queen size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress and 40" LED Smart TV; the other bedroom has a queen size bed has a memory foam mattress.. The guest bath has a tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided.
There is spacious laundry room with a new Kenmore steam washer and dryer and deep sink, with a desk area and plenty of storage cabinets.
The lanai faces the North and there is a patio outside the lanai for cooking on the gas grill while you relax at a bistro table with two chairs. Dine on the new wicker dining set and relax in the oversized wicker chairs in the spacious lanai overlooking the lake and golf course.
Wifi Internet is available throughout the house so you can be on the lanai or in the bedroom while using your laptop or tablet.
This house is also equipped with a Ring door bell for the front door.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, Wifi internet, trash, lawn service, newspaper, local and long distance (US and Canada) phone service are included. The Daily Sun paper will be delivered each day.

You’ll be 10 minutes from Paddock Square in Brownwood center by golf cart, 6 blocks from Labelle Pool (adult) and about 8 blocks from the newest Belle Glade Country Club. Bonifay and Evans Prairie are only minutes away. The convenience of Sarasota Golf Practice Center and Colony Plaza are just 5 minutes away.

Rental Policy:

$1000 security deposit due with signed lease
Rental amount due 60 days prior to occupancy.

The security deposit will be refunded, less a cleaning fee ($150.00 minimum), within 2 weeks of departure after the end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished).

Booking deposit is only refunded if the home is able to be re-rented.

Village ID cards for two adults can be purchased for $50. (If book for 4 months or longer $50 fee is waived)
Check-in 3:00 PM, Check-Out 10 AM.

This lease is for 2 adults. Extra adults (2 maximum) are an additional 250.00 per month.
