This beautiful courtyard villa overlooks the Bonita Pass golf course and offers scenic backyard privacy and an ideal setting for relaxing. This home features spectacular views of the golf course and water front with magnificent sunsets seen from the oversized custom-lighted screened lanai that has an Artesian Garden Spa hot tub! As one renter said, “Your villa is so nice... it is even better than the pictures convey!” The golf/water setting as seen from the lanai has been described as a “million-dollar view!”

This fully furnished villa has one of the more spacious and popular floor plans that is bright and open. The entire home is furnished with all of the supplies and necessities to assure an enjoyable stay. The fully stocked kitchen features an island, enhanced stacked maple cabinets, an attractive tiled backsplash and all major appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also is nicely equipped with standard small appliances and includes both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers, George Foreman grill and all the utensils, dishware, flatware, and glassware that you will need. The dining room has a table with 4 chairs and there are stools along side the kitchen counter. A sliding glass door takes you from the dining area to a patio with a gas barbeque grill covered by a gazebo.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, loveseat, high definition flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. A beautiful view of the golf course is seen from the living room that has sliding glass doors that lead you to an enclosed lanai, a large patio, and an oversized birdcage screened lanai, all of which have painted acrylic-coated concrete flooring. The screened lanai has custom lighting for nighttime and is furnished with a patio dining table and 6 chairs, two 10 foot Sunbrella shade umbrellas, two comfortable Sunbrella recliners and a two-person Sunbrella glider chair. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV. DVD player and also offers a wonderful view of the golf course. The Master bath has dual vanities, private commode, a large shower and walk-in closet. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, SONY HDTV with Roku streaming media, and an office/den with a sleeper sofa. All rooms are nicely furnished and have closets and ceiling fans. The guest bath has a shower and tub. The home is supplied with towels, linens, and a generous start-up supply of household consumables (i.e. coffee and condiments, soaps and detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). You should have everything you need to get started!

The rental fee includes two Temporary Resident IDs so you can enjoy the same privileges as homeowners such as access to all of the amenities and activities of The Villages. If you golf, there is no charge for green fees on any of The Villages Executive golf courses and a discount on all of the Championship golf courses. The home has a Yamaha gas golf cart that the owners give permission to the renters to use for golfing and for easy access to the many nearby attractions and shopping. The golf cart is not leased or rented to tenants and Landlords are not given any compensation in exchange for permission to fully use the golf cart. All costs for utilities, TV, WIFI internet, Villages, trash pickup, daily newspaper delivery, and landscaping maintenance are included. The required 9% Florida rental tax is not included. There is a small pet fee that will be deducted from the security deposit when pets are accommodated.

The Village of Pennecamp is ideally located in the central part of The Villages. The location provides convenient access to all shopping, dining and recreational activities that The Villages offers. Lake Sumter Landing is close by and it is quite easy to get to Spanish Springs and Brownwood as well. The Cane Garden Country Club, the Fish Hawk Family Recreation Center and the Sea Breeze and Lake Miona Regional Recreation Centers are all just a short golf cart drive away.
