There is a laundry room with newer washer and dryer for your convenience. The Master suite has a brand new "memory foam" mattress on queen size bed. There are 2 walk-in closets. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, with new TV. You will enjoy the Florida room, which is a separate room from the living room. Here you will enjoy the new 48" big screen TV. The lanai is comfy with a beautiful landscape view for you to enjoy! The location is amazing and this is a private and quiet neighborhood! Your Villages ID entitles you to all of the amenities of full time residents! You can utilize any of the rec centers, pools, tennis courts, classes, reduced rates at movie theaters, etc. With your Villages ID, you are also able to use any of the many executive golf courses with no green fees, and play the championship courses at reduced rates. The Villages Recreation Department offers over 1,000 activities, so you are sure to find a game, hobby, or activity that is perfect for you. Gas powered golf cart is ready for you to get around and there is a golf cart garage for convenient entry to house. Attachable golf cart grocery bag is included for your trips to grocery store or Walmart in golf cart! Master bath was just re-decorated and updated. Beautiful beach theme renovation!

Rental policy: This home is smoke free for the comfort of our guests. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. We require only one deposit. Security deposit is due 30 days before your stay. (Exceptions made for last minute plans.) Security deposit 600. You will get 500. of this amount back as long as everything is as you found it when arriving at premises. 100. is for the expense of cleaning the house after you vacate premises. (If your plans change, and you are unable to rent, your security deposit will be returned ONLY if house can be rented.) Village ID resident cards are $50. for a set of two. You will pay for these when you arrive at the Villages. Pick these up at Sumter Landing. Check in is at 3:00 PM on first day of stay. Check out is at 10:00 AM on last day of stay. We are reasonable and welcoming, we love our home, and know you will too! The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
