This beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home is located between Brownwood Paddock square and Belle Glade Country Club.
You can walk to the Dunedin Pool in 10 minutes. Our Zinnia Designer home at the end of quiet Cul De Sac over looking wonderful views of prairie and wetlands with southern exposure. We have a very large pie shaped lot at over 13,000 square feet so you don't see neighbors 30 feet behind us. You will have peace and tranquility with a view. We have furnished our home with high quality furniture and fittings. We have a whole house water filtration system for that nice cup of coffee. We have a built in wine cooler in kitchen. Speaking of kitchen it has the upgraded Gold series stainless steel appliances which includes double oven and center island. The counter tops are a very fine quartz. Our kitchen is VERY WELL supplied with everything you could possibly need! You can have a glass of wine on our stretched lanai and enjoy the wild life view our binoculars!! We have daily views of Sand Hill Cranes, Otters, Egret's etc in prairie or just walking through back yard. We have provided Weber Genesis gas grill. There is a built in office area in laundry room. We have a Wireless HP Office Jet Pro printer in the office area. Bring your own I Pad or laptop we do not have computer. The living room has a 60 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. Living room has all newer furniture including sofa, chair and recliner. You will have a very nice view of prairie from living area. The master bedroom is equipped with Wonderfully comfortable Simmons Beauty Rest king size bed and nice 40 inch Sony TV. We also just installed a new Master Bedroom Closet August of 2017. We did new interior paint, crown molding and kitchen back splash June 2018. The second bedroom has queen bed.

We have a very nice 2015 Yamaha EFI golf cart for REGISTERED RENTERS ONLY upon approval. There are 2 Schwinn hybrid 7 speed bicycle's with helmets for REGISTERED RENTERS only. NO PETS OR SMOKING ON PROPERTY (NO EXCEPTIONS!) for comfort of future guest!! Here's the really important part: We want you to have a great time in The Villages. So if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please-- let us know. We are here for you if you rent with us! Feel free to email me ANY questions or concerns.
NOTE: ALL taxes, utilities, Comcast cable TV and Wi Fi, trash, lawn service, pest control, 2 temporary resident cards included (Monthly tenants only) and basic local phone service are included. Please give at least 2 week notice for interested dates.

* THE $1,000 security deposit ($700 for weekly rentals) and 50% of total rent is due within 14 days of verbal bookings to secure to home. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before occupancy date. If the occupancy date is less than 90 days upon verbal agreement the total rent and deposit is due within 14 days. Landlord will return remaining balance of security deposit within 14 days of departure.
* The rent is based on double occupancy additional guests will be $100 per week per couple. NOTE: 4 Adult Maximum occupancy.
* Check in first day of month 4PM. Check out last day of month 10AM.
* There is a $150 cleaning fee which will be deducted from security deposit.
* We expect for renters to maintain the home as it was found (clean and undamaged). Routine cleaning is the renter’s responsibility. Weekly or Bi-weekly cleaning services can be arranged at your expense. Any additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning or damage will come out of security deposit
* Any cancellations risk loss of all deposits unless home is re-rented for same terms.
* All keys, garage door remote openers, and security keys must be returned. Fees will apply for any lost items
* This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
