Rental Policy for monthly rental:

Deposit 50% of total rental, max of $1000 due within 7 days of booking. Note - Deposit will be retained as Security Deposit and is not reflected in total rental fee.
50% of total rental fee plus cleaning fee is due 30 days of booking.
The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
If booking occurs within 60 days of arrival, the full rental fee plus $1000 security fee is due to secure the unit.

Refund policy:

Monies are non-refundable unless the home can be rented for the same period of time if cancellation occurs within
90 days of the start of lease. Any cancellation will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

Late arrival or early departure does not warrant a refund of or reduction of rent.
