Convenient CR466 has shopping, restaurants, health care, churches, banks, library, etc...take the golf cart for groceries and more!
Guest IDs ($50 for 2) allow you to golf at most of the 36+ golf courses and use all facilities. Our 80+ pools are heated in the cooler months, including the adult-only Belvedere Pool which is a 2 minute walk from the house, along with other indoor and outdoor "adult" and "family" pools close by. Our rec centers offer many activities and classes, including line dancing! If you like entertainment the 3 Town Squares offer open-air live music every night as well as movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, concerts, shows, plays and other special activities. Take the golf cart, enjoying the beautiful landscaping and scenery to get there! We also have clubs for everything from arts/crafts to college alumni and global "local" groups.
We are approx 60 miles to Disney and Universal parks, the Gulf Coast and Atlantic beaches! Two beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers are located in the two-car garage with plenty of room for your car and our two golf carts.

Short term rentals: $1000 security deposit + 25% total rent due within 14 days of emailed contract. Balance payable 60 days before occupancy. All utilities* included. *Excessive use: renter pays balance over $200/mo.
Long Term: $1000 security deposit + 25% total rent due within 10 days of emailed contract, with balance payable 65 days prior to occupancy.
*Cleaning Fee: Deducted from Sec Dep - Min $150
*Refunds: All monies forfeited if cancellation. If re-rented to cover the full time, monies will be returned with exception of $500 canc fee.
