Do not live in the Villages, but close by. I do not believe in popping in unless you call for something, I want you to feel like it is your house not mine while you are there. Myself and my husband are here to answer questions and fix things, but I also have a fix anything guy on Retainer, because I also have a 1926 14 unit apt building.
I also have 3 other properties #4882 and #5171 and 5931.

Rates:
$100 Cleaning fee is 100% refundable, I am able to do this because I do my own cleaning, I live only an hour away.

Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit due within 7 days of booking. It starts as a holding deposit and becomes your security deposit on 1st day of rental. Deposits are usually returned within 3 days of renting, unless I am out of town and at the most 2 weeks.
1/2 rent is due 90 days before rental, 1/2 rent is due 45 days before rental. I do try to work with anyone who needs to cancel, if I can rerent I only charge $200.


This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
