Arnold Palmer Legends championship Golf is just 1.2 miles away, and the other 11 championship courses less than a 15 minutes drive. Many of the 35 Executive courses are even within 3 miles.

Guest bedrooms have Queen beds. Guest bathroom has tub/shower.
Inside laundry room has full size washer, dryer, and utility sink.
Garage for one car and one golf cart.
Ceiling fans located throughout the house and even the lanai.
Large private courtyard surrounded by privacy walls accessed from dining area and lanai which is accessed from living room and master bedroom.

GOLF CART with KARTAIDE and INSURANCE

A cute purple two seater golf cart is available for your use.The batteries and tires were new last year. It comes with emergency Kartaide as well as liability insurance for our tenants. Be sure any cart that comes with your rental can show you they have insurance so you are protected.

2 Temporary Village ID cards allowing use of all Villages rec centers, pools, etc. and golf at all 35 executive courses are included.


LONG TERM RATES

1 year or longer lease — $1900 / month
6-11 month lease —10% discount on rent becomes an effective 19% discount since 9% tax is not required for leases over 6 months


RENTAL POLICY

For monthly rentals, 50% of the rent (+ 9% tax) is due within 7 days of booking with signed lease agreement. The remaining 50% (+ $1000 security deposit + 9% Florida tax) is due at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental. Security deposit is refundable within 15 days after lease ends minus a $140 cleaning fee, pending the final inspection and return of all keys, garage door openers, and gate passes . 


Renters must consent to credit and background check.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the Cabana.
