MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY (less than six months)
-50% of rent (+ 9% tax) due with signed lease
-Remaining 50% (+ 9% Florida tax), $140 cleaning fee, and $1000 security deposit due 60 days prior to move in.
LONG-TERM RATES- Availability starting in May 2019
-1 year or longer — $2000 / month
-Rent includes water/sewer, pest control, trash and recycling.
-Long-term tenants are responsible for electric, cable, internet, and any other desired services.
-Rentals more than 6 months do NOT pay Florida sales tax.
LONG-TERM RENTAL POLICY (six months or longer)
-First and last month’s rent, and $1000 security deposit due with signed lease.
-$250 cleaning fee (includes carpet cleaning) due at move in.
GENERAL RENTAL POLICIES
-Tenants receive 2 temporary Village ID cards allowing use of Villages rec centers, pools, activities and golf at 38 executive and 11 championship courses.
-Security deposit is refundable (plus interest) within 15 days after lease ends pending the final inspection and return of all keys, garage door openers, and gate passes.
-Renter’s insurance is recommended.
-Renters must consent to credit and background check.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the house, gardens, or courtyard.
-No pets allowed.
