Pack your suitcase, bring your toiletries and come enjoy our home while we spend some time working on our bucket list. Are you looking to move, building a home or just enjoying everything The Villages has to offer? We are very centrally located in Duval between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. We have 12 executive golf courses, 3 championship courses, a community rec center and a regional rec center all less than 5 minutes away with MANY MANY more in close proximity. Our home is cheerful and fun with everything you could ask for. It is completely furnished and has plantation shutters, crown molding, skylights, laminate wood flooring and ceiling fans throughout. If you love to cook you will enjoy my bright cheerful gourmet kitchen. I have a wonderful laundry space to make doing laundry a little more fun. There is a 1 1/2 car (golf cart) garage with a ceiling fan and a window and door to the outside patio. The master bedroom has a king pillow top with a custom walk in closet. Second bedroom is an office with a queen Murphy Bed. There are electric recliners on each end of the couch to enjoy while watching our home theater on a 65 inch smart TV. We have a blu-ray DVD player with lots of DVDs and lots of games. The patio is amazing! It has a large manyard screen with a covered living room area, a dining area and an elevated in-ground heated spa.

Please, absolutely NO smoking in or around the house, including the patio. Occupancy for two adults only. No pets. Guests staying for more than three days need prior approval or fees may be imposed at the discretion of the owner. Cleaning fee of $125. We would love to share our home with you and hope you will maintain and respect our home as if it were your own. We will do everything we can do to make your stay here perfect.

RENT INCLUDES: use of a two-seater gas Golf Cart with enclosure and roadside assistance, a set of men's clubs and a set of women's clubs, tennis rackets, lots of games, utilities, *electric, basic cable and wireless internet, amenities fees, lawn and landscape maintenance. • $500 to hold rental for 5 days (deducted from total monies) along with a
tenant application
• $1000 non-refundable deposit to contract within an additional 7 days (to
be applied towards total monies)
• Filling out an application for a Resident ID along with a $75 service fee, to
use available amenities as if you were a permanent resident but
please allow at least 30 days to apply and process applications.
• Total amount of monies due including a refundable security deposit of
$1000 within 120 days of occupancy or at time of contract if
within 120 days.
• Within 30 days of departure: security deposit returned (per contract) min.
