Rental Policy:

Unfurnished, long term lease only, minimum of one year.

$TBD per month includes amenity fee, taxes, water (house and irrigation), sewer, trash, lawn & shrub maintenance, and annual termite inspection and bond.

Tenant is responsible for rent, rental insurance, electric, gas, Villages IDs ($50) and optional TV, phone, internet, and pest service.

$TBD security deposit is due within 7 days of booking and is non-refundable if cancelled and the property cannot be re-leased. The first month's rent is due 14 days prior to the start of the lease period. Thereafter rent is due the first of each month. A $300 general cleaning fee plus any damages will be deducted from security deposit at end of lease period. The remainder will be refunded within 14 days.
