It is in a wonderful location close to pools, recreation and centrally located between Sumter Landing and Brownwood Square. An insured 2015 gas golf cart with seat belts, phone chargers is also included with your stay so you may to easily visit the squares and enjoy the many restaurants and nightly entertainment provided.

Relax in your 3 bedroom, 2 bath Amarillo style ranch home, with the 3rd room having the optional use as an office/den/or twin bedroom). This home provides an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, blinds, solar tubes and fans throughout which makes the home bright and airy. The bonus room may be used as a office library for those who desire some solitude.

The open living room, provides a comfortable entertainment seating with recliner arrangement, a new large wall mounted Samsung Smart HDTV, DVR, circulating fan, and Levolor blinds.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. The kitchen island provides comfortable seating for four. The dinning room is spacious and provides comfortable seating for four persons.

The large garage comfortably houses two vehicles and a golf cart. The laundry room is conveniently located inside the residence with newer elevated front loading Kenmore washer and dryer.

The master suite provides a new King size bed, two night stands, chest of drawers, and a dresser with large mirror. Also provided is a new Samsung 31" flat screen TV, Hunter lighted fan, Levolor blinds and a spacious his/her walk in closet. The master bath provides a double sink, shower as well as towels and beach towels for the pools. The master suite is separated from the guest suite area with a hidden pocket door.

The guest suites provides two bedrooms and a full bath with shower/tub. The first guest bedroom provides a new Queen sized bed, two night stands and a chest of drawers, Hunter fan, Levolor blinds and a new Samsung Smart TV. The second guest bedroom has a new Twin sized sofa bed and Vizio flat screen TV. It also provides a professional office space with two filled large book shelves and a large writing desk with drawers, and a twin sleeper sofa. A perfect place to work or relax.

The sliding glass door off the dining room leads to a furnished screened lanai, with seating for four, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and paper. Mature landscaping and five palm trees surrounds the ranch providing privacy. A propane grill is available on the furnished patio with umbrella if you desire to grill.
