This beautiful water front home is located in the exclusive Premier only neighborhood of the “Preserve” of the Pine Hill village on an exceptionally large lot.
Avalon model: 2780 sq feet plus extended lanai, new construction & furnishings.
Six sliding glass doors open up from the kitchen into a large screened in 380 square feet lanai. The lanai has a roof covering to protect you from the rain & provid a shaded area to relax & view the birds & wild life on the water. The home is an open space environment. The large kitchen has roll out cupboard shelving, several large pantry closets has corrian counters & is well stocked with kitchenware from dishes, to a Cuisinart, ice-crushing blender & your choice of coffeemakers. There is ceramic floor tiling, an island with shelves, a bar/eating counter with 4 stools, whirlpool stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and electric glass top stove.
The family room has a comfortable couch, two accompanying chairs, full entertainment center with 60 inch TV, and coffee table that elevates to function as a TV table or a working area. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, two dressers, 2 bed side tables, large TV & the ceiling is elevated tray fashion. The master bath has a full walk in closet, tile walk-in Roman shower (2 heads) & his and her sinks located on the L shaped vanity.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, full closet, TV and a full bathroom with tub & shower.
The third very large bedroom is multi-functional room w a full sectional couch with a pull out queen bed and two lounger chairs. There is a walk-in closet, built in book cases, & a full entertainment center & 55+ inch TV.
The dining room opens off the foyer & kitchen. The table is set up for 8 but has two leaves that can extend the table to easily accommodate 14 people. Extra chairs are located in closet. The laundry room & office with built in desk are located down the second hall way (these are not pictured). Internet, Cable and a daily newspaper are provided free of charge. The home also has a full security system (optional for your use).
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The sprinkler system is pre-set & will adjust as needed based on temperature & the amount of rain received. The home has high ceilings, crown molding, & is nicely decorated w flowers, pottery & greens throughout. There is plenty of storage w two additional storage closets in the foyers, cabinets in the laundry room and two bedrooms have walk in closets. Two bicycles (with bike lights which are required in FL and helmets) & a 2 seater Yamaha golf cart are included at no charge w the monthly rental.

The Preserve has easy access to both Brownwood’s Paddock & Sumter landing squares. Both squares offer free nightly entertainment, restaurants & a variety of weekly activities. All of the executive golf courses and country club courses are available to you. There are numerous pools & 2 are within walking distance, & so many are a short golf cart drive away. One of the few Village golf driving ranges is located within minutes of the home. Two rec centers are very close which offer all the fun activities such as pickle ball, tennis, platform tennis, gym, bocce, shuffleboard, lap pools, daily activities such as bunco, bridge, ballroom dance, ceramics, glass art, watercolor painting etc. Belle Glade Country club is right around the corner with great food & happy hour. Depending when you visit there are special entertainment activities such as Polo games & tournaments, etc. The preserve has a walking path with a bird viewing deck adjacent to the eagle preserve.

Rental includes golf cart, hot tub, 2 bikes, cable on all TVs & on-demand + recording functionality on 2 of 5 TVs, trash/lawn service, irrigation, daily newspaper, starter supplies, & home guest binder w/ internet codes, etc. 2 house keys, gate passes & garage openers.
