Rental includes water and electric. Internet is provided with Apple TV access to CBS, HULU, Netflix

One time cleaning fee of $250.00.

Rent applies for 4 adults only.

2 seater electric golf cart is provided. You are responsible for its care. The Villages does not have electric cart charging stations. Please limit its use to the Pennecamp area. Ensure Batteries are full of water and charged before leaving the house. An emergency help service pamphlet is located in the glove box.

The Super-Sized driveway can accommodate a bus size motor-home along with cars.
Motor-Homes can be parked on property for 72 hours per association rules. Storage facilities are nearby.

Trash, lawn service, irrigation and internet with Apple TV service and Hulu are included.

Lake Miona Rec Center on Buena Vista manages all passes. Your lease and legal ID are required when you apply.

You are required to keep the garage door closed at all times.

Handicapped stickers for golf carts can be acquired in Spanish Springs, at the square inside the MVP building across from TooJay's.
You will need a signed doctor's note to receive sticker. Be sure to acquire a tag for the golf cart as well! This will allow you close access to the greens.

Rental Policy:
$1500 Deposit/Security due within 3 days of booking.
Providing no damage and all fees AND TAXES have been paid, this deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Long term rental contracts may have their own written policy for rental payments. YEARLY RENTAL AT REDUCED RATE.

***Last minute bookings require the deposit plus rent when the contract is signed.

The home is set on 1/2 acre. It is on the corner of a quiet street and a cul-du-sac.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

An adult pool is a short walk away. A picnic area with a horse shoe pit is located behind pool.

Young visitors are allowed for short visits.
A family pool is located a short distance away at Fish Hawk Rec Center. This pool also has handicapped access.
