* Guest Bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms in the hallway. It has a tub and shower.
* Dining Area includes a dining table that seats 6, plus 3 barstools around a large kitchen island.
* Enclosed Lanai has a wicker patio set.

* All utilities, cable TV, WiFi internet, and lawn service included.


*** Reservation Deposit, Reservation Balance, Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy ***

* A Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rental amount and signed Rental Agreement due 3 days from booking date. A copy of drivers license, passport or identification card is required.
* A Security Deposit of $900, plus the remaining Reservation Balance of 50% of total rental amount are due 40 days prior to your stay.
* The Security Deposit is refundable (less $120 Cleaning Fee) within 14 days of departure provided there are no damages.
* Any cancellation within 90 days of the reservation start date will forfeit the Reservation Deposit unless property can be re-rented for the same period at the same price.

Cleaning Fee:
* There is a standard $120 cleaning fee. This amount will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

Sales Tax:
* For rentals under 6 consecutive months, a 9% state and county tax will be charged in addition to the listed rent amount above.

Villages Resident ID Cards:
* With a $50 fee paid to the Villages, (2) RESIDENT PASSES will be in your possession to enjoy all recreation centers, 77 pools, tennis courts, and so much more! With your Villages ID, you are also able to use any of the over 30 executive golf courses with no greens fees, and play the championship courses at reduced rates.
* We offer GUEST PASSES which includes most amenities with the exception of golf.

Great location in The Villages! Close to all the activities The Villages has to offer, but also located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood just 1-mile from 466 in the heart of it all. Just a 2min golf cart ride to the Summerhill Recreation Center, complete with pool, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and horseshoe pit. A 5min golf cart ride to the Saddlebrook Recreation Center with pool, billiards, shuffleboard, bocce, horseshoes, tennis, pickleball, the Polo Grounds and baseball fields and more. Shopping at Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Bealls, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Olive Garden, Bone Fish Grill, NYPD Pizza, Red Lobster, IHOP, Golden Corral, Giovanni's, Metro Diner, banking and more, are also just a 5 min golf cart ride away.
