Rental Policy: $850.00 Security Deposit and 50% rent due within 7 days of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. $150.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit; and remaining deposit will be returned within 14 days if an inspection of the property reveals no damage or loss of property. Rent will be based on a two-person occupancy – other permanent occupants are $100 each per month. 9% Florida tax not included. We would prefer long term (6 months or more) renters beginning fall 2018, but will consider long term, monthly, or weekly rentals.
