50% of total rent is due within 7 days of booking.
Remainder of rent and security deposit of $1000 is due 60 days before occupancy.

Check-in is the first day of the month at 4 PM.
Check-out is the last day of the month at 10 AM.
Monthly Rent amounts are based on 1-4 adults. Each additional guest will be charged 10% of the monthly rate.
Owner pays electric up to $200/month. Renter pays overage which reflects any additional pool and spa heating.Any overage will be deducted from security deposit.
