All the pictures you see are of the cottage home we call home. Our home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and appropriate emergency lighting.

MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY

No smoking and no pets. No exceptions.

The rates are for TWO adults. There is an additional charge of $50 per person per week per guest. Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Guests are FREE with multi-month rentals.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Our home is not equipped for children under the age of 10.

You must purchase a temporary Villages resident ID for $50. Villages ID is included in multi-month specials.

All Florida taxes, utilities, property insurance, trash, lawn service, pest control, amenity fee, water, WIFI, cable TV and voice remote, all utilities and a Yamaha gas golf cart with added safety lights and roadside assistance are included in your rental amount. We can include a 4 seater cart instead of a 2 seater cart for an additional fee. Please inquire.

A $850 security deposit is due within 14 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus a $125 mandatory cleaning fee and a $50 Villages ID fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. (Multi-month rentals include the Villages ID at no charge to the renter.)
