We provide everything you need so you can walk in and feel at home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a flat screen TV, and a bath that hosts his and her walk in closets, double sink vanity, tile shower with bench seat. The second room has a queen size bed and its own TV. The third room has a day bed with a trundel bed that can be pulled out for additional sleeping. Rental Policy for monthly rental:

Deposit 50% of total rental amount limited to $1000 max. Deposit due within 7 days of booking. Note - Deposit will be retained as Security Deposit and is not reflected in total rental fee.
50% of total rental fee plus cleaning fee is due 30 days of booking.
The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
If booking occurs within 60 days of arrival, the full rental fee plus $1000 security fee is due to secure the unit.

Refund policy:

Monies are non-refundable unless the home can be rented for the same period of time if cancellation occurs within
90 days of the start of lease. Any cancellation will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

$150 Cleaning Fee To Be Submitted with Payment

$50 Amenities Pass Per Person (optional) Not Included in Rental Fee

Late arrival or early departure does not warrant a refund of or reduction of rent.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
