Our home is nestled between 2 of our downtown areas, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood, were there is nightly entertainment,restaurants and shopping for your enjoyment.

When you enter the home you will be greeted by an open floor plan, freshly painted and decorated with warm and inviting colors to make you feel right at home. The large foyer and kitchen have tiled floors. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets stailess steel appliances and a beautiful counter with 4 swivel stool plus a breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs .
Laundry room with cabinets above washer and dryer and also includes a utility sink.
The dining room and living room have beautiful laminate floors. The dining room has an oval dining room table and chairs and a server. The living room has a new 55 inch television and high speed Internet/wifi. Enjoy the electric reclining sofa and loveseat , plus a rocker recliner all in mint conditiion.


Master bedroom has a tray ceiling and 2 large walk in closets for your added comfort there is a queen size adjustable Serta prodigy mattress . The master bathroom has his and her sinks located on each side of the dressing area. The toilet and walk in shower has a sliding door separating the sinks and dressing area for you privacy.

The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house separated by the guest full bathroom. One guest bathroom has an adjustable queen Sterans and Foster Mattress and a flat screen TV. The second guest room has a standard size bed with a flat screen TV.

All rooms including the lanai have ceiling fans.

The center of the house has large sliding doors that lead you to a large screened in lanai comfortably furnished with total privacy
for your morning coffee.

Rental Policy:
50% of total rent (non refundable unless able to find replacement) amount due within 7 days of booking.
$1,000 Security Deposit & remaining rental amount due 60 Days before occupancy.
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay.
$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility
