The second bedroom has queen size bed and a wall mounted TV. The 3rd bedroom has two hide away twin beds in oversized chairs. For home entertainment you’ll find a 55 inch TV in the living room and high speed internet access throughout the house. In the kitchen you’ll find all the equipment needed for home cooking, pots, pans and utensils. To round out the settings there is a front porch, Florida Room and an enclosed lanai.

Minutes from the Rohan Rec Center, Belle Glade CC, Lake Deaton Plaza and just down the street from the Burnsed Family Pool. You’ll find your fun right around the corner from your new home base in The Villages.

-Kitchen is equipped with dinnerware for 8, an assortment of glassware, pots, pans, baking and serving dishes. Also has a toaster, coffeepot, mixer.
-King size bed in Master and walk in shower.
-Queen size bed in second guest bedroom with 40 inch TV.
-Two hide away twin beds in third bedroom.
-A pocket door off the main hall closes to make the guest area truly private from the rest of the house.
-55 in TV in living area.
-Linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
-Iron and ironing board are provided.
-Inside laundry has washer and dryer and large wash basin.
-Brownwood Paddock Town Square is 10 minutes away.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking or E-Cigarettes allowed on property.
-Keys, garage door openers and gate pass available on arrival and must be returned on last day. Fees will apply for any lost items.

Temporary resident I.D.'s with full home owner amenities and privileges will be transferred to the renters which includes NO green fees on any of The Villages executive courses**, access to the Regional sports pools and the clubs and organizations through the recreation centers. All championship courses can be played at "resident" rates. Your visiting guests can receive a free "guest pass" to enjoy and join the activities.

**a $4 trail fee will be charged for each person using a golf cart (not charged if you walk)

Rental Policy:
Reservation Deposit 50% of the total rent, plus $1000 Security Deposit at time of Reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless other renters are contracted for same rental period. Remaining rent due 60 days before start of rental period.

$150 cleaning fee and remaining balance due 60 days before occupancy.

Any damages or missing inventory will be deducted from the security deposit. The remainder will be returned within 14 days of departure after inspection and inventory taken.

Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent.

Rates are for 2 person occupancy. A fee of $150/per couple, per week is charged for additional persons. There is a 6 person maximum.

Check-in 4:00 PM (1st of the month), Check-out 10:00 AM (last day of the month)
Note: Routine cleaning is the renter’s responsibility. Weekly or Bi-weekly cleaning services can be arranged at your expense.
