The living room has a 55" flat screen 4K HDTV, DVD player, and cable. The home has wireless internet, local phone service and the daily newspaper delivered during your stay.
You are just minutes away from the Lake Deaton Plaza that features a Publix Supermarket, Walgreens drug store, convenience gas, banking and more at Morse Blvd and CR-44.
We provide a supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, bathroom supplies, and garbage/recyclable bags to get you started. Quality bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Only the pool towels are allowed to be removed from the home.
Maximum occupancy is two (2) adults for the rental period. There will be an additional charge of $150.00 plus taxes, if guests (maximum of 2) spend an overnight not to exceed seven nights in a thirty day period. Any and all overnight guests must be disclosed to the landlord.
No pets are allowed on property! No tobacco products, no smoking products or vaping products are allowed on property!

Rental Charges Policy:
The agreed upon monthly rental rate, plus the following:
$1,000 Reservation Deposit/Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking and is not applied toward the rental fee.
$125 Cleaning Fee
$50 Two (2) Villages Temporary Resident ID cards
All quoted rental rates are subject to Florida State and County Taxes of nine percent (9%).
We have a Florida Certificate Tax Number on file!
Due within seven (7) days of booking:
50% of the monthly rental rate
$1,000 Reservation Deposit transitions to refundable security deposit upon check-in.
Payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the monthly rent, cleaning fee, ID card fee and taxes is due ninety (90) days prior to occupancy or your reservation will be canceled without refund. Cancellations made ninety-one (91) days prior to occupancy will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made less than ninety-one (91) days prior to occupancy, regardless of the reason for cancellation, will receive a refund of monthly rental charges only if the property can be rented for the same time period and under the same terms as this agreement.
For reservations made ninety (90) days or less before the check-in date, all charges are immediately due in full.
The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, subsequent to an inspection of the property, provided there is no damage done to the unit or contents.

Check-out 9:00AM on last day of rental period!
Keys, a garage door opener and a gate passe will be provided at check-in. There will be a $100 charge for each lost item.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
