Available to you for the 2019-2020 winter seasons. Book Jan-Feb-March for $14,000 and get 3 other consecutive months for FREE! Your choice of 6 consecutive months beginning Oct. 2019 through May 2020 (INCLUDES Jan-Feb-March) – you must take 6 consecutive months (any months) just stay for the ones you want or take a few weeks off and come back. North east facing lanai with golf cart garage situated on a cul-de-sac in the Village of Charlotte. A starter supply of household items (paper towels, soap, etc) as well as a granite counter top kitchen fully supplied with utensils, cookware, etc. is included. Walk in shower in M-Bath, dual sinks, and adjustable height beds are included. Brand new washer/drier combo is also included. 3rd bedroom is NOT furnished. Lease will be written for 6 months so use whatever you want. Security deposit of $2,000 which is returned at end of stay minus any deductions for cleaning or repairs after your stay.

NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT FINE PRINT STUFF: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING on the premises, NO SUBLETTING, NO CHILDREN AND NO PETS. This property is only available to those 55 years or older and rate is for 2 age appropriate people only. Temporary Village ID’s will be available on arrival for all of your amenities. Keys to the home will be mailed to you around 3 weeks prior to your stay. The rental includes all fees, taxes, WiFi , and utilities for the length of stay. Electricity use over $150/mo will be taken out of the security deposit as well as cleaning fee if needed. Renter MUST submit proof of rental insurance and a copy of your driver’s license is required at booking for proof of ID and amenity rights. Security deposit and ½ cost due at booking – full balance due 45 days BEFORE arrival. If cost is not paid in full to the day by that time your check will be refunded and the property will be relisted. ANY damages to property will be the FULL responsibility of the renter and cost will be taken out of security deposit. All other relevant information will be sent after booking. GOLF CART: There is a 2014 Yamaha gas powered golf cart on the premises – this is NOT included and will only be available to the renter (free to use for the length of your stay) PROVIDED a separate security deposit of $5,000 is paid which is totally refunded after your stay minus any damages (if any) done to the cart. The cart is in perfect condition and the security deposit only ensures it will stay that way. ANY damages found on or to the cart will be repaired – you will get a copy of the repair sheet and that amount will be deducted from the deposit. If you choose not to pay the deposit you can rent a cart from The Villages cart rentals for your stay.


Property taxes, bonds, utilities, amenity fees, ROKU TV, trash, lawn service, and WIFI service are all included.

Rental Policy:
$2,000 Deposit/Security and 1/2 cost ($7000) due at booking. Full balance due 45 days before arrival.
Cleaning Fee only if needed after post stay inspection.
