50% of the rental fees due upon booking.
Balance of the rental fees due 30 days prior to check-in.

Pet Policy:
One small dog allowed for an additional $100 total per rental period.

Renter will pay $50 directly to the Villages for the amenities passes.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for one week per month.
