$150 Non-refundable cleaning Fee
$50 fee for (2) Residential Village ID cards (optional). This card provides access to all the Villages facilities/activities including 36 executive golf courses

Due at Signing:
25% of the contract rate
$850 Security Deposit
$50 Fee for the Villages ID (optional)

Remainder of contract rent is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

Check in: 4:00pm on first day of rental
Check out: 11:00am on last day of rental

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
