C. A transfer fee for 2 Village Resident ID's for a total of $50 is available for renters, this will allow a renter.

D. Refundable Damage Security Deposit $1,000 .... Cleaning Fee for $275 Florida Tax, and Full Rental
Amount is due within 3 days after a renter reviews and signs a lease agreement. Any
damages or missing items will be deducted from the returned Damage Deposit. This home is non-smoking
and non-vaping. NO PETS allowed.

F. All rental rates include the use of the golf cart provided. For insurance reasons no one is allowed,
