The backyard patio is set up with an outdoor table and chairs and brand new gas grill.

Rental Policy:
50% of rental price (non-refundable if home cannot be re-rented) and a $1000 refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Balance of rental is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cleaning fee: $150. A non-refundable $200 pet fee is required for renters with a pet.
Optional Village resident ID cards: $50 for a set of two (owner will pay if renting mutliple months)

No smoking or vaping allowed in the home, lanai or garage.

Rates are based on 2 person occupancy; additional fee for guests staying longer than two days.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
