Welcome to the Casa Bella, a Skyline Majestics rental property

With a focus on comfort that feels like home away from home, Casa Bella invites you to experience a retreat where every detail contributes to your relaxation and well-being. The Casa Bella is a solid concrete pre-cast construction, and it can host up to six guests. The house offers a furnished Master Bedroom with a queen bed, a tiled bathroom, walk-in shower, his and hers sink and a walk-in closet. The second Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a third bedroom is outfitted with a twin trundle bed that may sleep two. The shared bathroom has a tub and tile. All bedrooms are carpeted and this house never had any smokers or pets.

The entryway greets our guests to an open foyer with art, and opens to a spacious living room with an extra large 4K smart TV and a sound system. Log in and stream from Netflix, Prime, Hulu or Apple TV, and enjoy your entertainment with a theater-like experience. The Kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary cooking experience, including pots, pans, bowls, baking sheets, storage bowls with lids, cooking utensils, cutting boards, cutlery, etc. The kitchen is also equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, five burner gas stove with oven, full-sized refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water. The house if fitted with adjustable LED warm lights, so you can set your lighting level to your mood and ambiance needs.

The adjacent dining room space is fitted with a large table and cushioned chairs to seat up to six, and the kitchen bar area is fitted with cushioned barstools for seating up to three.

The covered patio is screened and furnished with outdoor furniture, offering seating for up to five. The outdoor ottoman converts to two additional seats if necessary. Stainless steel propane grill with four burners and a side burner lets you BBQ, grill or sear your favorite meats and veggies. The garage is finished, clean, and secure with a remote opener, for your vehicles or other storage needs. The laundry room is fitted with a smart, eco-friendly washer and gas dryer, with access to the garage, where you find the large laundry sink.

Safety features for this home include a safe neighborhood, since the Villages is in a gated community with surveillance at the community checkpoints. The home offers a first aid kit, smoke and CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher, door bell with video in case footage is required, smart keyless door lock, safe and secure Internet access, and anti-scalding valves in the showers.

Additional amenities include an ironing board, a steam clothing iron, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, basic supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry soap, coffee, and other supplies, to let our guests settle in before moving on to shopping and stocking up on additional supplies for their stay.

The Villages is a dynamic, active and vibrant community for adults and family visitors. It boasts a large variety of activities and entertainment, too many to list. Guests to our house are eligible to participate and enjoy the amenities offered at the recreational center, entertainment in the town squares and access to specials and deals to paid activities such as golfing.

Rental Terms

- To secure and guarantee your reservations, we require Full Payment for the property rent (accommodations), cleaning and security deposit. First come, first served.
- The $1000 security bond/deposit is 100% refundable within 10 days after checking out, barring any damages incurred while occupants are using the property.
- A $200 cleaning fee will be added to the rental invoice.
- There are no accommodation refunds 15 days before arrival/check-in.
- No accommodation discounts are given on Late Arrivals.
- No shows are non-refundable.
- Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service and pest controls, visitor ID for two guests are included.
