We provide everything you need so you can walk in and feel at home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a flat screen TV, and a bath that hosts his and her walk in closets, double sink vanity, tile shower with bench seat. The second room has a queen size bed and its own TV. The third room has a day bed with a trundel bed that can be pulled out for additional sleeping. First and Last Months Rent due with signed contract within 15 days of reservation.

Refund policy:

Monies are non-refundable unless the home can be rented for the same period of time if cancellation occurs within
90 days of the start of lease. Any cancellation will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

$150 Cleaning Fee To Be Submitted with Payment (monthly rentals)


$50 Amenities Pass Per Person (optional) Not Included in Rental Fee

Late arrival or early departure does not warrant a refund of or reduction of rent.
