Basic cable TV and wireless internet, trash, water and lawn service are included. Electric bill allowance up to $100.00, gas utility up to $75.00 per month. Sales tax additional.
A well-behaved pet is permitted with pet deposit and cleaning fee. Absolutely NO smoking.
Rental Policy: $1000 Security Deposit and 1/2 of total rent in check or money order due within 7 days of booking. $500 additional security deposit for a pet. $195 cleaning fee, $245 if pet is present. Balance of total rent and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit will refunded within 15 days after you vacate the premises without damage or missing items. Check in time is 3PM on the first day of the lease. Check out time is 10AM on the last day of the lease.
$50 (optional) temporary resident card for amenity privileges. Allows use of pools, recreation areas and golf on all Executive Courses for free and access to Championship courses for a fee.
