Rental Policy:
* Rental rates do not include the 9% State/County tax due on leases less than 6 months long.
* $650 Booking Deposit (or $450 for weekly rentals) is due within 7 days of booking reservation. One-half rent due 90 days and
balance due 45 days before occupancy. Booking Deposit then held as a Security Deposit after Rent Payments are made.
* Security Deposit returned less a $150 cleaning fee within 7 days via USPS.
* Rate is for 2 adults. Overnight guests require owners approval. Additional fee may apply.
* Check-in after 3 pm on the first day (24-hour self-check-in via electronic keypad). Check-out by 10 am on last day.
