Rental Policy:
Monthly rental rates based on a check in date of the 1st the month at 4 pm and a check out date of the last day of the month at 10 am.
The monthly rental fees are based on double occupancy, for quadruple occupancy an extra additional charges will be added to the rent.
$ 600 for Security deposit is due 1 week after the booking, ( which is non refundable if there is cancellation 1 week after the booking) , 25 % of total rental fee is due 1 month after booking, then the next 25 % of total rental fee is due 3 months prior to the start of the rental period , PLUS $ 150.00- Cleaning fee.
The balance is due at least 45 days prior to the start of the rental period. ( Travel Insurance is recommended).
For any cancelation of the Rental Property, the Payment which was paid will not be return. Travel/ cancelation Insurance is strongly recomended

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
