This spacious, fully-furnished, and beautifully-decorated home is ideally located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. Recreational centers, pools, restaurants, grocery and retail stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, golf courses, and libraries are within easy walking and/or driving distance. Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and other major popular attractions are only 1-2 hours away by car. Dance the night away to live entertainment every night at one of the squares or many of the restaurants, 365 days out of the year. Indoor and outdoor games abound--there is no chance of being bored in The Villages! Make new friends at America's Friendliest Hometown Village!!

The house is designed for comfort and convenience. Sleeping accommodations include 1 king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized bed, and 2 twin beds, along with 2 pull-out sleeper sofas. Up to 10 people are permitted, including children, but additional fees may apply for more than 4 people. An indoor laundry room includes washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cookware. The master bedroom and the den are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The bedrooms all have large closets and plenty of storage for clothing and luggage; the master has a huge walk-in closet. All linens are also provided, including large towels for swimming. A starter supply of household consummables will be provided, i.e. laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc. Toiletries are the responsibility of the renters. There is a charcoal barbecue grill available for use.

Rental by the week is also available; contact the owner for rates. All taxes, utilities, satellite TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

$50 Resident Village ID's (for 2 people), which provide access to Village facilities, are available upon request.

Rental Policy:
$700 Deposit due within 7 days of signing lease; $300 for weekly rentals.
50% of remaining balance due 30 days before lease starts; remainder of rent is due 7 days before lease starts. In the event of cancellation, rent is non-refundable unless property can be re-leased at the same rate.

$750 Refundable Security Deposit due within 7 days of occupancy. It will be returned within 10 days after departure, assuming there is no damage to property, minus a $100 cleaning fee.

Keys, gate passes, and a remote garage door opener are available upon arrival and must be returned upon departure. There will be a $15 charge for each lost key and gate pass, and a $75 charge if garage door opener is not returned in working order.

Golf cart is not provided, but rentals are available from local companies.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Family activities are provided.
