Pricing is based on single month bookings for 2 occupants. Additional occupants will affect final pricing.

With Villages Resident Passes you can play any of the Villages executive courses for free ($4.00 Trail Fee if playing with Golf Cart). There are also eleven championship courses for a modest fee. If golf isn’t your thing, there is pickle ball, tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes, running, biking, and much more.

Rental Policy:

This home is pet and smoke free for the benefit and comfort of our guests.

Check-in (first day) 3:00 pm - Check-out (last Day) 10:00 am

Reservation deposit is 50% of total rental amount and is due 7 days from booking. Booking deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented.

The remaining 50% rental amount owed is due 60 days prior to stay.

There is a $150.00 cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

All taxes, Utilities, Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Trash, and Lawn Service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods
The Villages offers regular shuttle service to and from the Orlando International Airport.
