Kitchen: Fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

Fully furnished with all linens, dishes, appliances, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker.

Dining area: Table with four chairs, sliding glass door from dining area to patio.

Comfort: Ceiling fans in master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, dining area and lanai.

Washer and dryer: located in garage (very clean floor).

Garage: Sliding screen insulated garage door, room for car and golf cart.

Golf Cart: Two-seat Yamaha Gas golf cart included. NOT the electric cart in photos (new photos coming soon).

Phone Service: Unlimited local calling.

Internet: Wireless high-speed Internet (WiFi) included.

All utilities and trash collection included.

Routine cleaning is the renter’s responsibility, maid service is not included. Initial supply of paper products, cleaning supplies, and gas for the grill are a courtesy. Any additional needs shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

Shuttle service is available from Orlando Airport.

RENTAL POLICY:
$500.00 security deposit is due upon the signing of the lease.
Security deposit is refundable within 15 days after termination of the lease, assuming no rental damages occurred.
One half (1/2) rent due 90 days prior to arrival; remaining half due 45 days prior to arrival.
$100.00 cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00pm on first day of month.
Check-out time is 10:00am on last day of month.

Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on last day.
Security deposit refundable 15 days after occupancy provided villa is left in same condition as when
rented.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
