Your Suite with Private Entrance is located within our expanded Designer Lily consists of a Full Bath with tub, Bedroom with queen bed, dresser and closet and a bright and cheerful Den with a Flat Panel TV with DVR, desk for your convenience, refrigerator, microwave, toaster (no stove), coffee maker, dishes and silverware etc.(no Kitchen)
This is a private suite and not a roommate situation. A large front load washer and dryer available in the Laundry Room.

Our long term rates of 6 months or longer are negotiable dependent on length of agreement

50% of Total rent and $ 500 security is due within 7 days of booking with signed rental agreement and remaining amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy. Cleaning fee deducted from security deposit at end of stay.
