Only minutes by golf car to Brownwood Town Square or to Eisenhower Recreation Ctr or adult pool.
Living room nicely appointed with a sofa, loveseat and chair. All are recliners. The 55” UHD 4K TV comes with cable and DVR.
Master bedroom suite has a comfortable King bed plus a 40” HD TV with cable and blue-ray DVD player.
Queen bed in the second bedroom.
Kitchen well equipped with cookware, bake ware and utensils plus blender & hand mixer, coffee maker, toaster (bagel capacity).
INSIDE laundry - no going to the garage on a hot day or forgetting about the pending laundry in the garage.
Tile floors in all but bedrooms
High speed wireless internet, gas grill and 2 bicycles with helmets, and a gasoline GOLF Cart
Screened lanai has seating for 4 with soothing Adirondack gliders and rocking patio chairs.
Lanai faces EAST, shielded from hottest sun of the day, and comfortable in the mornings too.
Much more than a 'bare bones' investment rental.
We stay in the home occasionally and include quality furnishings, generous quantities of nice linens, towels and dishes, plus many conveniences omitted from the average rental.
