This patio villa features vaulted ceiling, giving an open and airy feeling. It is only moments away from swimming pools, bocce, pickle ball and tennis courts, in addition to many golf courses and three town squares.
All payments must be in US funds.
Security deposit is due within 10 calendar days of booking ($750).
In event of cancellation, refund the rent/ security deposits is not guaranteed. Unless property can be re-rented without loss.
One half of full rental amount is due within 30 days of reservation; balance due 60 days before arrival.
The security deposit, less $100 cleaning fee, will be returned within 30 days of departure, providing that villa is returned in same condition as when rented.
Check in is 3p.m. on the first day of the rental, and check out is at 10 a.m. on last day of rental.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart.
Optional resident ID card, which is $50 payable to The Villages, is highly recommended. This allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident.
