50% of the lease is due within 45 days of booking, the remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to the first day of occupancy.
A hold deposit of $500 is due with return of the signed rental agreement. This fee is part of the rental price (not addition to) and exists to hold the property once rented. It is forfeited if reservation is cancelled by Tenant once the property has been booked.
A $750 security (damages) deposit is due at time of booking and is refundable at the end of the lease after property inspection proves to be satisfactory.
$125 cleaning fee with the final lease payment 45 days prior to the first day of occupancy.

B) $50 for (2) temporary resident IDs which allows access to golf courses, exercise facilities and activities due within 7 days of booking.
C) Low weekly summer rates afford an opportunity to sample the Villages and all it's amenities.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods( NOTIFY OWNER PRIOR).
