50% of rental is due at time of booking (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)
Remaining 50% and $1,000 security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)
Full security deposit (less $150 cleaning fee) will be refunded within 10 days of departure and after inspection of property.
Special: $150 cleaning fee will be waived if booking is a three-month rental.

NO Pets allowed.
Subletting is not permitted.
Reference might be required.
Monthly rental are based on double occupancy (2 adults). After a complimentary 5 day stay, there will be a $20 per guest, per day charge. Prior notification required. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
