The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed with night stands and lamps on either side, large dresser with mirror, chair and a 46” flat screen TV.

The Guest Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a night stand, two bedside lamps, large dresser and table. Second bathroom, linen closet loaded with towels, sheets and vacuum cleaner located in the hallway.

A solid fence is located behind the property offering optimal privacy and allows shades to remain open for maximum light.

Two Temporary Village Resident ID cards (50.00 value) are included with rental. These IDs allow guests to use any of the 38 Executive golf courses with no green fees (pay only trail fees if you wish to use a golf cart). Pay resident fees at the 13 Championship Courses. The resident IDs also entitle temporary residents to access any of the family and adult swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, billiard table and over 100 organized weekly activities available at recreation centers.

Rental Policy:

750.00 Security Deposit plus half of first Month rent due within 7 days of booking. Security Deposit is to be returned to tenant within 15 days of departure if the property has received no damage or loss. 150.00 cleaning deposit (additional 100.00 pet deposit upon approval) Entire cleaning and pet deposit to be returned if property left in rental condition. Rentable condition defined as that the owner or agent inspects the property and it is found to not need additional cleaning.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets are permitted upon pre-approval by owners.

Other policies are covered in the rental lease agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation any security deposit is refundable if the cancellation is received within 90 days of arrival and if the home is re-rented.

CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM EST on last day of rental

This is an active senior community for residents 55+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
