This Courtyard Villa overlooks Morse Blvd. and the 10th hole of the Havana Golf Course and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and is in the beautiful Village of Bonita located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood town squares and minutes away from Bonifay, Havana, Mallory and Cane Garden Country Clubs (all championship courses) and the Sarasota driving range. The east facing lanai is perfect for enjoying the morning sunrise or relaxing in the evening shade enjoying the view. Close to Seabreeze, Colony and Truman Recreation Centers and the Bonita neighborhood pool. The second bedroom is adjacent to the guest bath and has a sliding pocket door allowing you and your guest(s) to have more privacy during their stay. Includes inside laundry room with washer and dryer, gas grill, linens, towels, dishes, utensils and small appliances. NO GOLF CART INCLUDED. There are several golf cart rentals located in The Villages for your convenience during your stay. Would be happy to provide telephone numbers. No hassle rentals, they drop off and pick up for your convenience. Rental comes with roadside assistance. Prices range from $300-$400/month. Golf carts are available for short or long term rentals and can easily be obtained from several local businesses. We are firm regarding NO pets and NO smoking/vaping in or outside the villa.

Tenant will be responsible for the following amenities: electricity, cable TV, WiFi high speed internet access, telephone, Villages ID cards.
Owner will be responsible for the following amenities: trash pickup, lawn/shrub service, water, monthly amenity fee and property tax.

Rates are based on 2 adults ONLY.

Rate: $2,250.00 monthly

Keys, gate passes & garage door openers will be available upon arrival & must be returned on last day of occupancy. There will be a $50.00 charge for each lost key, lost gate pass and lost garage opener.

Rental Policy:
Lease Agreement is required.
$750 Security Deposit plus 20% of total rental fee with lease agreement due within 10 days of booking. Balance due within 60 days prior to occupancy.
$140 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee (due with balance)
$50 for 2 Villages Resident Cards (optional) paid to The Villages; recommended for golfers. This card also provides access to all Villages Facilities.
With final inspection after departure from the rental home and the return of all keys, gate passes & garage door openers, Security Deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure to your home address provided that there are no damages and/or items missing.

Cancellation Policy: All rent and deposits are non-refundable unless other renters can be contracted for same rental period at the same rate.

Check in: 4 p.m. first day of month; Check out: 9 a.m. last day of month.

Please leave the villa in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
