All utilities, trash, lawn service, pest control, water, WIFI, TV and landline are included in your rental amount.

Check in time - 3:00 P.M. the first day of the month. Check out time - 10.00 A.M. on the last day of the month.

Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement.

Temporary Villages resident ID, maximum of two, is $50 per guest or guest IDs are no extra charge.

Half the rental amount is due within 14 days of booking to lock in your rental contract period. Full rental balance and a $700 security deposit (an additional $700 pet deposit if applicable) are due 45 days prior to arrival. The security deposit, minus a $125 mandatory cleaning fee and $50 per Villages ID fee, will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.

Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $500 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 45 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payment unless we are able to secure another renter under the same terms.

Long-term rental minimum 1 year - available May 1, 2020
Rates:
$1400.00 per month. Amenity fee and temporary resident ID included.
Unfurnished - Furnished available at slightly higher rate.
Two small pets maximum.
No pets.

Long-term rental policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Move Out Cleaning Fee, deducted from deposit at termination.
First and last month's rent due upon signing of lease.
Tenant pays utilities.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
